1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pulsentric ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Pulsentric is a SaaS platform that provides:

• AI-powered sentiment analysis of cryptocurrency markets and community channels.
• Whale tracking and monitoring of large on-chain transactions.
• Smart money signals based on tracked wallets with proven performance.
• Real-time alerts and notifications via in-app, email, and Telegram.
• Rug-pull detection and contract safety analysis.

3. Account Terms

• You may only maintain one account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or session tokens.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pulsentric offers three subscription tiers, priced in EUR:

• Free — €0/month. Delayed data access (12-hour delay), basic features.
• Starter — €49/month. Real-time data, up to 3 watchlists, email alerts.
• Pro — €199/month. Full alpha access including Smart Money Tracker, Insider Leaks, Deception Score, and priority Telegram notifications.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or exploit the API beyond your plan's rate limits.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share signals, analysis, or any proprietary data generated by Pulsentric.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's backend systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, signals, algorithms, user interface designs, and proprietary methodologies are the exclusive property of Pulsentric. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of your subscription.

7. Disclaimer

Pulsentric does NOT provide financial advice. All AI-generated analysis, sentiment scores, smart money signals, and whale tracking data are provided for informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• No content on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.
• AI analysis may contain inaccuracies. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.
• Past performance of tracked wallets, signals, or strategies is not indicative of future results.
• Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsentric shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses, financial damages, or lost profits arising from the use of our analysis or signals.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
• Actions of third parties, including blockchain networks, exchanges, or integrated services.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and display a notice on the Service. Your continued use of Pulsentric after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
