What changes if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
The downgrade is applied from the next billing cycle: you keep all Pro benefits (Smart Money + Insider Leaks + Rug-Pull integrated + multi-channel alerts) until the end of the period you already paid for. Watchlists beyond the Free limit (1) remain accessible read-only until the downgrade takes effect, after which the most recently added ones are disabled (not deleted).
How does the 30-day refund work?
Open a ticket at support@pulsentric.com using your account email. Full refund via Stripe within 5-10 business days of confirmation. Eligible: Pro / Enterprise plans, first subscription, fewer than 10,000 alerts triggered. Annual plans: pro-rata refund on the remaining period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account moves to the Free tier after expiry (you keep watchlists within the Free limit). GDPR Right-to-be-Forgotten via POST /api/profile/delete: cancels the Stripe subscription → deletes the customer → auth.admin.deleteUser cascades across all FK tables. Confirmation via Resend email.
Do you have a chargeback / dispute policy?
Stripe dispute? We respond with an evidence pack (login log + triggered alerts + dashboard usage screenshot) within 7 days. Fraud-related chargebacks: the account is permanently suspended, no re-signup possible from the same email/wallet. Bona-fide disputes (service not as described): we issue a full refund and provide a root-cause analysis.
Can I pay with crypto?
Stripe-only for now (EUR / USD / supported FX). Crypto payment gateway (USDC on Polygon/Base via Coinbase Commerce) is on the roadmap for Q3 2026 — see /roadmap. For Enterprise: invoice payment via wire transfer on request, minimum €10,000 / 6 months advance.
What are referral credits?
Referral system in the dashboard: you get a unique code, and every user who converts to Pro from your link generates a 100% off Stripe coupon for you (1 free month of Pro = €199 in credit). The coupon is applied automatically on the next billing cycle. No cap on referral count. See dashboard/referral.
