Cosa cambia se downgrado da PRO a Free?
Downgrade applicato dal prossimo billing cycle: mantieni tutti i benefit PRO (Smart Money + Insider Leaks + Rug-Pull integrato + multi-channel alerts) fino alla fine del periodo già pagato. Le watchlist oltre il limite Free (1) restano accessibili in read-only fino al downgrade effettivo, poi le ultime aggiunte vengono disabilitate (non eliminate).
Come funziona il refund 30 giorni?
Apri ticket su support@pulsentric.com con email account. Refund full su Stripe entro 5-10 business days dalla conferma. Eligible: piani Pro / Enterprise, prima subscription, < 10,000 alert triggered. Annual plans: refund pro-rata sul restante del periodo.
Cosa succede ai miei dati se cancello?
Account passa a Free tier dopo expiry (mantieni watchlist entro limit Free). GDPR Right-to-be-Forgotten via POST /api/profile/delete: cancella subscription Stripe → elimina customer → auth.admin.deleteUser cascade tutte le tabelle FK. Conferma via email Resend.
Avete chargeback / dispute policy?
Stripe dispute? Rispondiamo con evidence pack (login log + alert triggered + dashboard usage screenshot) entro 7 giorni. Fraud-related chargeback: account permanentemente sospeso, no re-signup possibile dallo stesso email/wallet. Bona-fide dispute (servizio non come descritto): rifondiamo full + provide root-cause analysis.
Posso pagare con crypto?
Stripe-only per ora (EUR / USD / supported FX). Crypto payment gateway (USDC su Polygon/Base via Coinbase Commerce) in roadmap Q3 2026 — vedi /roadmap. Per Enterprise: invoice payment via wire transfer su richiesta, minimum €10,000 / 6 mesi advance.
